In the normal course of providing service, Data393 creates and maintains:

  • The customer’s account status

Data393 also uses cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that a website can store in a designated file on a user’s computer for various reasons. Data393 provides all customers with full access to their domain account by sending them their own user name and password. If you lose your login information, please initiate a support request. We will resend the password to the email address on the domain registration record. If the email address on record is no longer valid, a direct request to the registrar is required. Thus, it is important to keep your email address current.
